Diane Dunton Bruni, M.S., Reiki Master, discovered the healing power of the creative arts and holistic practices after the premature death of her husband and her own journey with breast cancer. As a practicing Reiki Master Trainer, she shares her life experiences and assists others in nurturing their own creative life energy to discover and pursue balance in their lives. An avid cyclist, writer, photographer and accomplished portrait and landscape artist, Diane is also the author of Living, Learning, Healing (Rainbow River Press), an inspirational book of essays. Diane lives on the water with her husband in the Lakes Region of Southern Maine.

Hello, I'm Rebecca LaWind and so honored and grateful to be part of this team. I am owner of Ways to Wellness Center in Windham, Maine. I am a licensed massage therapist since 1999 and a certified Kripalu yoga teacher since 2004. I am currently located at 889 Roosevelt Trail studio in Windham, offering morning yoga classes followed with massage therapy sessions, along with a serene home bodywork office along the river. I have two children and my family loves nature, adventures, yoga, music and community. Lisa DeFosse, Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master, realized the importance of the mind-body-spirit connection while working with those in counseling. While a practitioner in a grant-funded program at Maine Behavioral Healthcare in Biddeford and Westbrook, she learned how beneficial bodywork can be to those in talk-therapy. When the program ended, she knew she had to continue to help this population and founded the Healing Tribe. Recently, Bowenwork has peaked her interest as she has seen clients make great gains in few sessions when addressing chronic pain. Hi everyone, My name is Sarah Merrill. I was born and raised here in the great state of Maine and I can’t picture myself living anywhere else. My friends, family and three dogs mean the the world to me and I love keeping busy every minute. I have a very motherly touch and I really enjoy taking care of people. If I could describe my personality in three words, it would be: kind, gentle and empathetic. I’m very passionate about the work that I do, and educating my clients is very important to me. I obtained my Maine State License in 2011 when I completed the Holistic Program at Spa Tech Institute. I studied Swedish massage, polarity therapy, sports massage, reflexology, Myofascial therapy and pregnancy massage. In 2014 I completed a Deep Tissue program.
