I'm a licensed massage therapist and graduate of the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts with over 12 years experience. I am especially passionate about supporting clients through grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and chronic stress.

Watching my grandmother face a terminal illness - experiencing the power of bodywork during my own healing, including recovering from domestic abuse - showed me how deeply emotions live in the body. Massage helped me rebuild a safe, trusting relationship with myself and my body. Those experiences, along with my training, allow me to hold space for both physical and emotional healing.
