I own Hands and Soul: Integrative Massage Health and Wellness. I offer Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Soft Tissue Melting, Releasing the Rotator Cuff, Trigger Point work and Polarity Therapy. I completed my Reiki training in 2016 and am a Reiki Master.  I have been practicing for over 23 years. I love this work and continuing my educational training to add a variety of modalities to better suit my patients' needs. I am honored to have these gifts and am continuing to share them with others.
